1) PROTECTS RESIDENTS AND NEIGHBORS ALIKE

In summary, the Ordinance Committee did a very thorough and tremendous job with very difficult subject matter, accomplishing its' goal of protecting the Town of Litchfield Residents, and its' neighbors, while at the same time allowing for proper and sane citing of Industrial Wind Turbines, if a company chooses to establish a project in the Town.
